1. General & Account Q: How does the platform work? Our platform offers transparent $1 lucky drops and tiered mystery boxes. Users can buy entries into product drop pools or open mystery boxes with guaranteed value. Draws are determined using a Provably Fair SHA-256 algorithm.

Q: Are there any age restrictions to join? Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and participate in any platform activities.

Q: Can I create multiple accounts? No. Users are strictly limited to one (1) account per person/household/IP address. Multi-account farming or bot usage will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2. Draws & Mystery Boxes Q: What is "Provably Fair" and how does it work? Provably Fair is an automated cryptographic SHA-256 algorithm. Before any draw or unboxing occurs, a hashed server seed is published. This guarantees that outcomes cannot be manipulated or altered by anyone.

Q: Do mystery boxes guarantee value? Yes. Every mystery box is guaranteed to contain an item with an estimated MSRP value equal to or exceeding the purchase price of that box tier.

Q: When does a lucky drop close and draw a winner? A drop closes immediately when 100% of the tickets are sold. The system then automatically runs the Provably Fair draw to select one (1) lucky winner.

3. Prizes, Shipping & Store Credits Q: How do I get my prize shipped? Once you win or unbox a physical item, navigate to your inventory, confirm your shipping address within 30 days, and request fulfillment. We cover standard shipping via major carriers.

Q: Can I exchange my won item for Store Credits? Yes! If you don't want the physical item, you can instantly exchange it for Store Credits (typically 80% to 100% of its estimated retail value) to open more boxes or enter drops.

Q: Are Store Credits refundable or withdrawable? No. Store Credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be withdrawn to any credit card, bank account, or payment method.
