3. Account Security & Anti-Abuse Policies Single Account Policy: Users are strictly limited to one (1) registered account per individual/household/IP address. Fraud & Bot Prevention: The use of automated scripts, bots, multi-account farming, proxy masking, or exploitation of system bugs is strictly prohibited. Account Termination: Any violation of these policies will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of active tickets, voiding of unclaimed prizes, and nullification of balances without refund.

4. Official Rules No Purchase Necessary Option: Where required by law, users may request free alternate postal entries pursuant to our official sweepstakes compliance guidelines. Entry Allocations: Each ticket purchased represents a single entry into a specific product drop pool. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once allocated to an active pool. Provably Fair Algorithm: Every winning draw is determined using a deterministic SHA-256 seed hashing algorithm (Provably Fair). Server seed hashes are published prior to draw execution, allowing users to independently verify the mathematical randomness and integrity of every result.

5. Tiered Mystery Boxes & Guaranteed Value Box Tiers & Pricing: Mystery boxes are offered at distinct pricing tiers (e.g., $9.90 Starter, $19.90 Pro, $29.90 Ultra). Guaranteed Minimum Return: Every opened mystery box is guaranteed to contain an item with an estimated MSRP value equal to or exceeding the purchase price of that specific box tier. Instant Unboxing Results: Unboxing outcomes are generated in real-time upon purchase confirmation using the Provably Fair algorithm. All unboxing results are final.

6. Prize Fulfillment, Exchange & Store Credits Physical Prize Fulfillment: Winners of physical prizes must confirm their legal shipping address within 30 days of winning. We cover standard shipping and handling fees via major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). Instant Exchange Option: If a user prefers not to receive the physical item won or unboxed, they may elect to instantly exchange it for Store Credits (the exchange rate is typically 80% to 100% of the item's estimated market retail value, as explicitly displayed on the exchange page at the time of transaction). Store Credits Restrictions: Store Credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, cannot be withdrawn to bank cards, and may only be redeemed on the platform for drop tickets or mystery boxes. Customs & Duties: International shipments outside the United States may be subject to local import duties and customs clearances, which remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. Payments, Wallet Top-Ups & Refunds Payment Gateways: All monetary purchases (ticket entries, mystery box opens, wallet top-ups) are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Finality of Transactions: All ticket purchases, mystery box openings, and wallet credit top-ups are non-refundable final transactions. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your card issuer without cause will result in an immediate permanent account ban and forfeiture of all balances and uncollected prizes.

8. Intellectual Property & Fair Use All visual interfaces, design components, dark-mode design assets, code structures, graphics, brand logos, sound effects, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the platform. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any site elements is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers As-Is Service: The website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No Guarantee of Winning: Participating in drops or mystery box openings does not guarantee winning high-value prizes.
